Help and advice connecting to LOUD Mastering's server:
The most successful and efficient way to connect to LOUD's FTP server is via an FTP client such as WS/FTP for Windows and FETCH or CUTE for Mac. You can connect via Internet Explorer successfully on a PC but Mac users (especially Safari) can run into all sorts of trouble. All passwords and usernames supplied by LOUD are case sensitive, also, all logins are unique for each client. Details of how to connect for both methods are listed below.
To connect with an FTP client
Below is a screen shot from WSFTP to help you set up a connection.

Site Name: Your choice.
Host name (sometimes called Server) is: loudserver.co.uk
UserID (sometimes called User Name): is supplied by LOUD and is usually in the form of: u49783840-*** (where * represents a number)
Password: is also supplied by LOUD and is individual to the UserID provided. Once the UserID has been allocated and used the password is reset to something new for the next client.
To connect via Internet Explorer (also follow step 1 for Safari, then jump to step 4)
When the UserID and Password are given to you by LOUD, type ftp://loudserver.co.uk into the browser bar (1):

Then, go to "PAGE" (2) and "OPEN FTP SITE IN WINDOWS EXPLORER " (3). Enter the supplied details from LOUD (4). Simply drag and drop your files into the empty white browser window, or drag your files from the browser window.
